The EFI Group is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Payroll and Analytics Manager to lead our payroll, HR data and people systems functions, ensuring the delivery of accurate, compliant and insight-driven HR operations.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will take the lead on payroll, pensions, contracts, statutory reporting and HR systems, ensuring the integrity of employee data and the effective delivery of key HR processes across the Group. You will use workforce data and analytics to provide meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making, workforce planning and organisational improvement.
You will also oversee and develop the recruitment team, ensuring effective recruitment processes, accurate reporting and a high-quality candidate experience. This role would suit an experienced HR professional with a passion for payroll, HR systems and people data, who enjoys using insights to drive continuous improvement, inform decision-making and make a real impact across the EFI Group.
About you:
- Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards), or equivalent HR experience, alongside GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Experience: Significant experience managing payroll, HR data and HR systems, with responsibility for delivering accurate, compliant and efficient HR operations, leading a team and overseeing recruitment processes.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of payroll processes, employment legislation, HR compliance requirements and the use of workforce data to support decision-making.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and organisational skills, with advanced Excel capabilities, strong attention to detail and the ability to present data and insights clearly.
