Thank you for considering the opportunity to join Education for Industry Group as our new Head of Admissions and Registry. We are a pioneering education charity delivering outstanding vocational and higher education in fashion, retail, beauty, and apprenticeships. We provide a wide range of educational programmes at both vocational and degree level to a diverse and ambitious student community.

Having grown at a fantastic rate, from 700 to 3,600 students and from £5m to £25m in revenue in just a few years, we are continuing to strengthen our leadership capacity. You will be joining a focused and collaborative senior team as we shape the next phase of our development. Based in Central London, we are staunch advocates of inclusive education, firmly believing that everyone deserves access to opportunity, irrespective of background or circumstance.

Our core mission centres on enhancing student engagement, retention, and progression, and this role is pivotal in delivering an outstanding student experience from first enquiry through to completion. As our new Head of Admissions and Registry, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of admissions, enrolment, registry services, exams, and student records across EFI.

You will lead a multi-functional team and work closely with colleagues across marketing, curriculum, MIS, technology, and student services to ensure a seamless, high-quality, and compliant student journey. You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering a customer‑focused admissions and registry function, ensuring that processes are efficient, data‑informed, and aligned to regulatory and funding requirements.

As a member of our senior leadership community, you will contribute to organisation‑wide strategy, using insight and analysis to continuously enhance performance and service delivery. We are an ambitious and fast‑paced organisation, distinct from many more traditional educational institutions.
