As Lead Learning Support Assistant, you will provide essential in-class and out-of-class support, helping our learners across the EFI Group thrive and achieve their potential. With a focus on promoting learner independence and inclusion, you’ll collaborate with staff, offer tailored support, and be part of a dynamic, rewarding environment. About You

  • Qualifications:A level passes or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • Experience:Proven track record of working or supporting young people with special educational needs in an education setting.
  • Expertise:Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to listen with understanding and relate to social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
  • Passion:You will be committed to the development and progression of all learners and ready to bring your positive energy and resilience to our dedicated Wellbeing team!

£30,600 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
