Education for Industry Awards (Part of EFI Group) is seeking Level 5–qualified coaching professionals to support the development and assessment of the apprenticeship standard at EFI Awards. This role is remote/home-based and offers flexible hours as required.
About Education for Industry Awards
EFI Awards provides trusted assessment services to the fashion and retail industry. As a specialist End Point Assessment (EPA) organisation, we deliver independent assessment to apprentices at the end of their programme. All proceeds from our services are re-invested into the EFI Group charity, which aims at inspiring and developing the next generation of talent.
About you
- Qualifications: A Level 5 or above Coaching qualification. An Assessor qualification would be ideal, although not essential.
- Experience: Experience in the delivery and/or assessment of the L5 Coaching Apprenticeship and occupational experience of coaching in the workplace.
- Expertise: Experience of developing assessment materials, including exam questions would be ideal.
- Skills: Relevant, current, or ongoing industry experience in Coaching, and experience of making grading judgements and applying assessment frameworks.
