Education for Industry Group is seeking an experienced Head of Inclusion to lead SEND provision, belonging and inclusion strategies across EFI Group. You will supervise the Inclusion team and oversee operational delivery of SENCO functions, ensuring compliance and high-quality learner support.
You will collaborate with curriculum, Student Services and quality teams to embed inclusive practice, develop staff CPD, monitor vulnerable learner data and support complex cases as needed.
