Education for Industry Group seeks a strategic leader to drive belonging, inclusion and accessible practice across our education provisions in fashion, beauty and apprenticeships. You will steer the Belonging & Inclusive Practice Strategy and collaborate organisation-wide to embed inclusive culture and equitable participation.

The role focuses on SEND, inclusion, workforce diversity, safeguarding and industry partnerships, reporting to senior leadership and shaping outcomes for learners.
