About the role
We are currently seeking experienced English Teachers to join EFI Group, delivering high-quality teaching and support to help students achieve their GCSE English qualifications across the Fashion Retail Academy and London College of Beauty Therapy.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective teaching across a range of settings, including classroom, work-based learning, group sessions, and one-to-one support.
You will be committed to maximising student progress and enhancing the overall student experience through inspiring and inclusive teaching practices.
About you:
- Qualifications: Relevant degree or professional experience and a teaching qualification.
- Experience: You will bring significant experience in your subject area, along with proven experience teaching GCSE English.
- Expertise: A strong understanding of the GCSE English curriculum and examination processes is essential, alongside a track record of delivering effective English teaching.
- Skills: You will have the ability to deliver engaging, relevant learning activities and assessments. You will also demonstrate excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills in a fast-paced academic environment.
- Values: A strong commitment to supporting all learners to achieve their full potential and to contributing positively to an inclusive, student-centred learning community.
