We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Apprenticeship Programme Manager to lead and oversee the design, delivery, and administration of apprenticeship programs. In this full-time, on-site role in St Neots, you will work closely with internal teams, educators, and external stakeholders to ensure the effective planning and execution of all apprenticeship programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing program curricula
- Monitoring learner progress
- Building employer partnerships
- Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program management, particularly in apprenticeships or educational training
- Strong skills in administration, organizational planning, and documentation management
