EF Oxford is seeking an enthusiastic all-rounder to join our facilities team as Summer Maintenance Operative, working at our large international campus in Headington. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Position Details

  • Part-time – Monday to Friday 3PM to 7PM
  • Mid-June start

Your Role

  • General maintenance & repairs
  • Basic plumbing, electrics, painting & decorating
  • Furniture assembly & moving
  • Dealing with contractors regarding building issues
  • Assisting with the management of maintenance supplies
  • Updating work lists & taking a proactive approach to site management

Requirements

  • Good English communication skills and customer-facing experience
  • Flexible approach & teamwork skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a lone-working environment
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
