EF (Education First) Manchester International Language Campus is looking for a friendly, empathetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Accommodation Coordinator.

Position Details:

  • June 2026 start date
  • Full-time, hourly paid, flexible hours
  • 5 days a week

By building strong relationships with hosts and students, you’ll help create a positive, enriching homestay experience. Coordinating placements and resolving queries, you’ll be central to delivering excellent care and customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Processes & maintains homestay accommodation records using EF’s own accommodation database
  • Recruits, markets, evaluates & selects suitable homestay accommodation
  • Implements plans to optimize host family retention
  • Deals with general daily student enquiries, logging all student communication on students’ records
  • Follows up on accommodation issues raised in student evaluations
  • Ensures concerns are escalated to managers/sales offices where appropriate
  • Assists students and sales offices with accommodation requests/changes and ensuring the in-house booking system is up to date

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in tele-sales and/or face-to-face customer service experience
  • Experience in a language-learning environment (desired)
  • Organised with a high level of attention to detail
  • Capable of using your own initiative
  • Complete fluency in English
  • All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
  • Right to work in the UK upon commencement of your contract
