EF Oxford International Language Campus is seeking empathetic, organised and responsible Residence Assistant Leads for summer 2026. This is a full-time, temporary role starting in June/July 2026. The position requires live-in availability with half board provided.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Residence Manager in ensuring weekends are well planned and run smoothly.
- Organise the work process and delegate duties between residential assistants, including creating rotas.
- Assist with weekend reception duties overseeing arrivals and departures from residence accommodation.
- Prepare arrival and departure documents for residential assistants on duty at the weekend.
- Ensure standards of rooms and quality of services are maintained by conducting weekly building checks.
- Assist with curfew and ensure under 18 students are in their rooms by assigned time.
- Assist students with general enquiries and take appropriate action in the event of student misconduct.
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are in place and concerns are shared with relevant school staff.
- Follow EF procedures and take responsibility for fire safety in the event of alarms.
- Ensure effective communication between day and night staff during the weekend.
- Support security team when required.
- Assist with emergency phones when required ensuring teamwork.
- Attend regular staff meetings and adhere to the Residence Assistant Code of Conduct.
Requirements:
- Must be a team player that can lead from the front, be outgoing and have great attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment, ideally working with young people.
- Strong emotional intelligence and passion for customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a high-paced environment.
- A mindset of going above and beyond, never settling for the status quo.
