The Opportunity
Our Global Accounts team is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help identify needs
for intercultural and language training in some of the biggest companies.
The job requires persistence, strategic acumen, and creativity. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a career in a multinational, rapidly growing and innovative education company. This role is ideal for someone looking to get their first experience in a corporate setting where extensive training will be provided to ensure you are set up for success!
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new clients and gather valuable market intelligence
- Make outbound calls to senior executives to meet sales and meeting goals
- Partner with Account Managers to create customized plans for sales territories, supporting
the sales cycle and driving urgency - Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues around the world to drive the sales process
- Track all activities in Salesforce and ensure contact information is up to date
- Recruit clients to webinars and events
The skills & experience we look for
- 0-2 years in B2B business development experience
- Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence
- Exceptional communication skills
- Intermediate-level English (C1+) & fluency in German
- Any additional language skills are a plus
- Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
