We're looking for a Content Development Intern to join the Efekta product team and support the creation, review, and localization of educational content used across our government-facing platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real exposure to how EdTech content gets built, adapted, and scaled for diverse markets — from curriculum alignment through to accessibility compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, editing, and structuring learning content (K-12, TVET, or Higher Ed tracks, depending on assignment)
- Support curriculum alignment work, mapping content to national/regional standards (e.g., CEFR levels, local ministry frameworks)
- Help prepare content for accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) — reviewing structure, alt text, and formatting
- Support localization and cultural adaptation of content for specific markets
- Collaborate with product, curriculum, and engineering teams to QA content within the platform
- Organize and maintain content assets, style guides, and version tracking
- Research subject-matter references and source materials to support content accuracy
- Assist with light data entry/tagging for content dashboards and reporting tools
