You will be responsible for developing existing recruitment channels, managing and converting a strong candidate pipeline, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance the student experience and drive enrollment growth. Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales and enrollment cycle for Hult’s Master’s Degree programs — from initial inquiry through to enrollment confirmation.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment and marketing strategies to attract prospective students from across Europe.
- Drive high-conversion recruitment initiatives, events, and engagement campaigns.
- Play a key role in supporting Campus Open House events and engage Spanish-speaking candidates to join our London campus.
- Promote Hult’s globally recognized Master’s programs to qualified prospective students.
- Guide candidates through the admissions and documentation process, ensuring applications meet eligibility requirements prior to admissions review.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, university partners, and parents, while representing Hult’s brand values and student-first approach.
- Represent Hult at recruitment fairs, networking events, and external engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- International experience — professional or personal — with a genuine passion for multicultural environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
