Your role EF Torquay is seeking a friendly, self-motivated and outgoing individual to work Tuesdays from 15:00 β 19:00 & Saturdays full day as part of our Homestay team. You will be assisting in all aspects of our host family recruitment process but mainly telemarketing and recruitment stalls. You should be able to take initiative, catch people's attention, and like working in a fun and fast-moving team.

- Hours: 12 Hours a week
Responsibilities
- Act as a service-minded and enthusiastic team player, driven by results
- Take a proactive approach to achieving recruitment targets
- Communicate with host families via meetings, phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Conduct telemarketing and lead generation activities
- Maintain and update information using the CRM system
- Participate in fairs, events, and street-action stalls
