EF Bournemouth Summer School is looking for a Summer Transportation Lead for a full-time, fixed-term position between June and August 2026. Accommodation and full board are available if necessary.

As a Summer Transportation Lead, you will gain work experience within an international and multicultural environment, providing world-class customer service to young people from across the globe. You will be responsible for welcoming students into the summer camp, creating a lively atmosphere, and being approachable for their needs.

Your role will involve:

  • Preparing and running arrivals
  • Relaying activity information
  • Delivering briefings to new staff
  • Communicating with the centralised transportation team, worldwide sales offices, and course leaders
  • Planning the welcome and departure of hundreds of new students each week

This position offers the opportunity to enhance your customer service and communication skills while working closely with students and various departments. You will also share emergency duty on a rota basis.

Requirements:

  • Must be a team player with great attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment, ideally with young people
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English
