Youth Worker required for a specialist all-through SEMH school in the borough of Bromley.

The Youth Worker will provide behavioural, emotional, and pastoral support to students.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience working with young people, ideally in an SEMH or specialist setting.
  • Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills.
  • Team Teach or Physical Intervention training is highly desirable.
