The Role

- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion.
SEND Teacher Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching children or young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Knowledge and understanding of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, and SEMH needs.
- Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
- Experience delivering differentiated and personalised learning programmes.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
