We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In this role, you will help the pupil access learning within a structured and supportive classroom environment, adapting activities to meet their individual needs.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to implement strategies that support communication, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting the pupil’s academic progress, social development, and confidence, ensuring they feel safe, included, and supported throughout the school day.
