We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision in the Harrow area supporting students in Years 7-11 with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a resilient and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and helping them achieve both academically and emotionally.
The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support students both in and outside of the classroom. You will play a key role in helping pupils manage behaviour, regulate emotions, and engage positively with learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH and ASD needs
- Support pupils across Years 7-11
