We re looking for teachers who understand how to support pupils with high and complex needs and who can create a calm, structured, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
If you have experience working with high needs, complex SEN, Autism, SEMH, ADHD or challenging behaviour, we d love to hear from you.
The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver high-quality, personalised teaching to pupils within a specialist primary setting.
Depending on the provision and pupils you work with, this could involve supporting children with: * Autism / ASC * Complex learning needs * Severe learning difficulties * SEMH * ADHD * Communication and interaction needs * Challenging behaviour * Additional and complex needs You ll be expected to adapt teaching, communication, curriculum and classroom routines to meet individual pupil needs and help every child make meaningful progress.
