We are in search of an experienced and passionate Primary Teaching Assistant to join a prominent primary school in Barking and Dagenham. In this fulfilling role, you will provide specialized one-on-one and small group support to help students engage in their learning and make consistent, significant progress.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will closely work with children who have ASD and those exhibiting challenging behaviours, employing a calm, patient, and consistent approach to meet their unique needs. Your responsibilities will include supporting the implementation of personalized strategies, assisting in behaviour management, and contributing to a structured, positive, and inclusive learning environment.

Collaborating with class teachers and the SENCO, you will play a crucial role in fostering students' academic success as well as their social development, confidence, and emotional well-being, helping each child reach their full potential.
