These flexible opportunities are ideal for candidates looking for ad hoc and daily supply work, allowing you to gain experience across different school settings while making a positive difference to children's learning and development. We are looking for proactive, adaptable individuals who can confidently support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: * Supporting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons and classroom activities. * Providing one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils develop their academic skills. * Assisting with literacy, numeracy, phonics and other curriculum activities. * Managing classroom behaviour and encouraging positive learning habits. * Supporting pupils' social, emotional and educational development. * For HLTA candidates, delivering lessons and leading classes when required. * Helping to maintain a safe, organised and stimulating classroom environment. The Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA within a primary school. * Confident supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2. * Strong communication, organisation and behaviour management skills. * Flexible, reliable and comfortable adapting to different school environments. * A positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children's education. * An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
