We are looking for a passionate Behaviour Mentor to join a fast-paced SEMH School based in Lewisham on a long-term basis starting ASAP or in September 2026!

For this Behaviour Mentor role, you will be supporting students academically and emotionally on a 1:1 basis ensuring they achieve their highest potential. The ideal Behaviour Mentor will be able to confidently de-escalate challenging situations should they arise in a calm and effective manner.

This SEMH School is situated in the heart of Lewisham and is easily accessible from most points of London. This SEMH School caters to 66 students between the ages of 5-16 with SEMH, ASD and challenging behaviour. This school was recently rated as good by Ofsted.
