Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent an experienced SENCo for one of our Wednesbury, Sandwell (WS10) based primary schools. If you are a qualified school SENCo, or a senior leader with experience in a SENCo job who is available immediately or from May half term 2026 and able to travel to Wednesbury, Sandwell (WS10) we would be keen to speak with you.

This primary school based, SENCo job is offered on a full-time basis, five days per week for at least one term. A more flexible or part time working pattern may be discussed. The role is solely focussed on the duties of a SENCo and is non-class based.

We are a locally based, family run recruitment business specialising in Education. We gain official salary information from each setting to ensure you are paid to scale from day one and in line with your responsibilities. In order to be successfully shortlisted in your applications with us we will require the following:

  • A relevant UK based NASENCO qualification.
  • Substantial experience working as a SENCO within an education setting.
  • All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
  • Exceptional references.

Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your SENCO experience and personal requirements.

Proposed start date: Immediate start

Daily rate of pay equivalent: £232.57 to £261.78
