We are currently seeking to represent experienced HR professionals for the remainder of the academic year. We are supporting a range of education settings across Birmingham and the surrounding areas including primary, secondary and SEND schools with their recruitment needs for temporary cover.
If you are an experienced school HR professional, who is either available immediately or thinking of reaching out to discuss new job opportunities in Birmingham, West Midlands we would be keen to speak with you. We have a vested interest in providing support to our West Midlands based schools and education professionals.
Choosing us to support your needs will give you access to a range of opportunities exclusively due to the long standing, trusting relationships we have built with like-minded candidates, schools and multi academy trusts. These school office jobs can be offered either on a part time or full-time basis depending on your personal working requirements.
We gain official salary information from each setting to ensure you are paid to scale from day one and in line with your responsibilities. We are fully committed to safeguarding all children within our schools. All applicants are subject to online searching checks as part of our commitment to safer recruitment.
In order to be successfully shortlisted in your applications with us we will require the following:
- A relevant UK based HR qualification.
- Substantial experience working within an education setting.
- All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
- Exceptional references.
Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your experience and personal requirements. You will be provided with advice and guidance in relation to your requirements that respect your home and work life balance. You will work solely with your consultant throughout your registration journey and beyond, always having direct access to speak with them on a one-to-one basis.
Proposed start date: Easter 2026
Salary: Dependant on job role (£90 to £150 per day)
