Overview

Are you an education expert? We are seeking experienced HR Administrators who would be available for long-term, interim teaching jobs either immediately or from October half-term 2025. We support a range of education settings across Birmingham, West Midlands including primary, secondary and SEND with recruitment for both temporary and permanent opportunities.

Responsibilities / Opportunities

We are currently seeking individuals to represent for the following jobs:

• HR Administrator Birmingham

These school office roles can be offered part-time or full-time, depending on your requirements. Some roles may include work-from-home options, term-time options and whole-year contracts. We gather official salary information from each setting to ensure you are paid to scale from day one and in line with responsibilities. Our secure online registration process and enhanced technology simplify being notified of relevant education jobs. We are committed to safeguarding all children within our schools.

Qualifications and requirements

• A relevant UK-based qualification.
• Substantial experience working within an education setting.
• All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to, a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
• Exceptional references.
• All candidates are subject to online checks as part of our safer recruitment process.

Selection process

Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your experience and personal requirements. You will receive advice and guidance concerning your requirements that respect your home and work-life balance. You will work solely with your consultant throughout your registration journey and beyond, with direct access to speak one-to-one.

Logistics

Proposed start date: Immediately or from October half-term 2025

Salary: £128.20 – £148.71 per day
