Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent experienced primary Headteachers for upcoming roles on both an interim and permanent basis. We are supporting a multi academy trust with their vacancies across Worcester, Dudley and Sandwell (Roughly WR9, West Midlands).

If you are an experienced primary school Headteacher, who is available either immediately, from Easter 2026 or thinking of reaching out to discuss new job opportunities in the West Midlands for September 2026 we would be keen to speak with you.

We are a locally based, family run recruitment business specialising in Education. With over 15 years worth of experience supporting education settings and candidates across primary, secondary and SEND divisions.

These primary school-based leadership jobs can be offered either on an interim basis from February half term or looking forward for more permanent appointments depending on your personal working requirements. For interim roles, we gain official salary information from each setting to ensure you are paid to scale from day one and in line with your responsibilities.

In order to be successfully shortlisted in your applications with us we will require the following:

  • A relevant UK based teaching and/or leadership qualification.
  • Substantial experience working within a primary education setting.
  • All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
  • Exceptional references.

Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your experience and personal requirements.

Proposed start date: February 2026 onwards

Salary: L16 to L22 (£384.61 to £445.14 per day)
