We are currently seeking to represent an experienced secondary Humanities (Geography) teacher for a Burton Upon Trent (DE13 8AZ), West Midlands based school. We are looking for a Geography teacher who would be available for a long term, interim post from either the end of January 2026 or from February half term.

If you are an experienced secondary Humanities teacher who has experience teaching Geography within a secondary school either available immediately or thinking of reaching out to discuss new, secondary teaching job opportunities in the West Midlands we would be keen to speak with you.

This secondary school-based Geography teaching job is available on a full-time basis covering a period of maternity leave. The post is initially offered for a 12-month period, and you will be teaching across KS3 to KS5.

In order to be successfully shortlisted in any of your applications with us we will require the following:

  • A relevant teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Geography from KS3 up to KS5.
  • All required documents for safer recruitment processing including but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
  • Exceptional references.
