Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent experienced SENCOs for the upcoming term. We are supporting a range of education settings across the West Midlands including primary, secondary and SEND with their recruitment for both temporary and permanent job opportunities.
If you are an experienced school SENCO, who is available immediately or from Easter 2026 and able to travel to the West Midlands we would be keen to speak with you. We are a locally based, family run recruitment business specialising in Education. With over 15 years worth of experience supporting education settings and candidates across primary, secondary and SEND divisions, Education Experts provide you with a personal service like no other.
Choosing us to support your needs will give you access to a range of opportunities exclusively due to the long standing, trusting relationships we have built with like-minded candidates, schools and multi academy trusts. These school-based, non-teaching SENCO jobs can be offered either on a part time or full‑time basis depending on your personal working requirements.

- A relevant UK based NASENCO qualification.
