Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent experienced Headteachers with exceptional skills in leading secondary education. If you are a secondary school specialist senior leader who is available from September 2026, we would be keen to speak with you.
If you are an experienced secondary Headteacher who is available from September 2026 for a new senior leadership job opportunity in or around the Birmingham, West Midlands (B7) area we would be keen to speak with you.
We are a Lot 1 Agency Supplier on the GCA Framework and as such, have been approached by multiple Multi Academy Trusts in the West Midlands to begin discussions around interim leadership cover in their Secondary schools. We have a vested interest in providing support to our West Midlands based schools and education professionals. In addition to the above we hold REC Corporate Membership, and we are fully committed to safeguarding all children within our schools. In order to be successfully shortlisted in any of your applications with us we will require the following:
- A relevant UK based teaching (QTS) qualification.
- A leadership qualification.
- Substantial experience working within a UK based secondary school education setting.
- All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
- Exceptional references.
Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your experience and personal requirements.
