Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent experienced Assistant Headteachers with exceptional skills in supporting pupils with SEMH. If you are a SEND specialist who is available from September 2026, we would be keen to speak with you.
We are a Lot 1 Agency Supplier on the GCA Framework and have been approached by multiple Multi Academy Trusts in the West Midlands to begin discussions around interim leadership cover in their SEND specialist schools. Choosing us to support your needs will give you access to a range of opportunities exclusively due to the long-standing, trusting relationships we have built with like-minded candidates, schools and multi-academy trusts.
We have a vested interest in providing support to our West Midlands based schools and education professionals. Ideally, you will be available to travel in and around schools within the Sandwell LA (B70) and Birmingham LA (B42).
In addition to the above, we hold REC Corporate Membership, and we are fully committed to safeguarding all children within our schools. We are fully committed to a stringent compliance process and in addition to our checks, all shortlisted candidates will be subject to online searches.
In order to be successfully shortlisted in any of your applications with us, we will require the following:
- A relevant UK based teaching (QTS) qualification.
- Substantial experience working within a UK based SEND specialist education setting.
- All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.
- Exceptional references.
Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your experience and personal requirements.

Salary: L4 to L8 (£285 to £315 per day)
