We are looking for an experienced primary specialist Assistant Headteacher to support a Wolverhampton, Staffordshire primary school as an Early Years specialist (EYFS) senior leader on an interim basis. Role starts immediately and will be full‑time for at least the first half term, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Teach the Reception class at 0.8 load across the week.
- Senior leadership duties will be discussed at interview and tailored to your strengths.
- The role is suitable for an experienced teacher seeking their first leadership position.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience working with EYFS pupils within a UK education setting.
- Relevant UK‑based teaching and/or leadership qualification.
- Valid right to work evidence and Enhanced DBS.
- Exceptional references.
