Education Development Trust is seeking an Employment Specialist to deliver person-centred employment support for individuals with health conditions, disabilities, and complex barriers to work in Sunderland. The role uses a Supported Employment model to enable participants to explore, gain, and sustain competitive paid employment.

You will work with Jobcentre Plus, local employers, NHS, and social care services to develop pathways into work and provide ongoing support to ensure job retention.
