St. Andrew’s School has a vacancy for a Teaching Assistant to start September 2026. The role is 35 hours per week, term time only (36 weeks a year), with an actual salary of £19,659. The position will be based mainly in Key Stage 2, with experience in upper Key Stage 2 considered advantageous.
Responsibilities include supporting teaching and learning in the classroom and leading intervention sessions with small groups of pupils. We are looking for a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic, organized, creative, dedicated, and a positive team player, willing to take on extra-curricular responsibilities such as Before and After School Clubs and Holiday Club.
