About the role
Education Development Trust is seeking dedicated Careers Advisers to deliver high‐quality CIAG to students in school, college and potentially community settings across all London Boroughs. The roles are term time only and fixed‐term/permanent contracts starting from September 2026.
Requirements
- Level 6 Diploma in Careers Information, Advice & Guidance
- Experience working with young people/school/college
- Strong knowledge of education, employment, and training pathways
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Salary & Benefits
- Starting Salary: £30,160.00 per annum FTE (based on working 37 hours per week and being level 6 CIAG qualified)
- 30 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro‐rata)
