Education Development Trust is seeking a dedicated Careers Adviser to deliver high-quality CEIAG to students in a school and college setting. You will support the Careers Lead in meeting Gatsby Benchmarks and provide one-to-one and group guidance. The roles are term-time only.
Responsibilities
- Deliver CEIAG to students in a school and college setting.
- Support the Careers Lead in meeting Gatsby Benchmarks.
- Provide one-to-one and group guidance to students.
Requirements
- Level 6 CIAG qualification (Level 4 considered but will be reflected in salary).
- Experience working with young people (preferably in education).
- Strong knowledge of education, employment, and training pathways.
- Ability to engage students with SEND and from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
