Education Development Trust is seeking a dedicated Careers Adviser to deliver high-quality CEIAG to students in a school and college setting in Hayes, Middlesex. You’ll support the Careers Lead in meeting Gatsby Benchmarks, provide one-to-one and group guidance, and maintain CEIAG Google Classrooms with up-to-date LMI. The role is 2 days per week (7.4 hours per day) in term time only until end of July 2026.

Requirements

  • Level 6 CIAG qualification (Level 4 considered but will be reflected in salary)
  • Experience working with young people (preferably in education)
  • Strong knowledge of education, employment, and training pathways
  • Ability to engage students with SEND and from disadvantaged backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience of working with young people who are looking at a media production careers desirable and a willingness to learn about this area
