An opportunity has arisen to join our growing team as a Senior Account Executive. Working alongside the Account Management team across our client portfolio, you'll act as an important link between Education Cubed, its clients and the third party providers we work with. You will strive to understand your client's goals, managing day-to-day affairs and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll also assist with the tendering process and new business research.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work collaboratively with the Client Partner and Account Manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies
- Work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
- Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements, acting as the link between the client and the advertising agency
- Present (alongside agency colleagues) the campaign ideas and budget to the client
- Ensure that communication flows effectively
- Negotiate with clients and third party media about the details of campaigns
- Develop campaign performance reports and showcase insightful recommendations
- Manage campaign budgets
- Undertake administrative tasks
- Arrange and attend meetings
SKILLS
- Minimum one year of agency experience
- Strong understanding of digital platforms
- Effective teamworking skills
- Negotiation skills
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative and be flexible
- IT literate (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Excellent organisational and written communication skills
- A willingness to learn
- The ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail
- Drive and determination
- Commercial awareness
- Resilience, to enable you to deal with problems and constructive criticism
- An interest in the Higher Education Sector
- Google Campaign Manager Experience (not essential but a bonus)
