What you’ll do:
- Independently manage and optimise Paid Media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok.
- Take ownership of day‑to‑day performance, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
- Produce clear, insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Join client calls where Paid Media expertise adds value, supporting the Paid Media Manager with performance insights, analysis, and recommendations.
- Support the development of Paid Media Executives through guidance, knowledge sharing, and best practice support.
- Collaborate closely with Paid Media Managers and Account Managers to support wider account strategy.
- Contribute ideas and insights to campaign planning and innovation discussions.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of conversion tracking and analytics setups, following best practice.
- Take part in internal team and company‑wide meetings, sharing learnings and performance insights.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands‑on experience managing Paid Media campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms.
- Performance mindset: confident analysing data, identifying trends, and translating insights into action.
- Ownership: comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for campaign performance.
- Communication skills: able to clearly explain performance and recommendations internally and to Account Managers.
- Attention to detail: organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Growth mindset: keen to learn, improve, and progress toward a Paid Media Manager role.
- Bonus skills: platform certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) or experience with GA4 / GTM – a plus but not essential.
