The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

The successful candidate will collaborate with our Account Management, Paid Media, Research and Finance teams on our client portfolio, analysing data from advertising campaigns and the market for trends and insights, producing visual reports for our clients and team, and actively experiment with solutions to challenges and improvements in ways of working.

They will participate directly in advancing our data strategy, by taking charge in creating new data products and evolving our data systems, being involved in winning new business, collaborating on market research, and promoting data literacy across business in daily activities and workshops.

Requirements

  • Experience in presenting findings concisely and effectively
  • Experience in working collaboratively with varied stakeholders
  • An analytical and technical mindset, with ability to contextualise data
  • Curiosity and initiative, with a drive for continual improvement
  • Excellent personal and system organisational skills
  • Advanced experience with SQL / DAX / Python / R / Excel
  • Advanced experience with BI tools such as PowerBI / Tableau / Looker
  • Experience with data modelling and machine learning techniques

Desirable

  • Knowledge and experience in the Higher Education sector
  • Experience in delivering commercial projects
  • Experience working with Social advertising and PPC campaigns data
  • Experience with cloud systems such as Azure / Google Cloud / AWS

Duties

  • Deliver timely and high quality reporting, both live and historical
  • Troubleshoot technical problems with data services
  • Maintain high quality communication, in both detailed technical analysis and executive summarisation
  • Drive business growth in data functions, by creating new data products and improving internal systems
  • Engage in technical problem solving and process improvement
