An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional candidate to become the next Headteacher of St John Fisher Catholic Primary School. We are seeking a practicing catholic who is ambitious, collaborative and committed to our mission. The successful candidate will be an inspirational and strategic leader with a clear vision for the future of the school, building confidently on its strong foundations and recent successes. You will be committed to establishing a positive and proactive culture that promotes excellence, focusing on collaboration and driving internal excellence, underpinned by our Gospel Values.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have extensive previous experience of working as part of a Senior Leadership Team.
- Be able to demonstrate success at leading a school improvement and raising standards for children.
- Possess the ability to empower staff and include them in the next stages of the schoolβs journey.
- Align to the mission, vision and values of St John Fisher and the Diocese.
- Conduct themselves in a manner compatible with their position in the Church and wider community by behaving ethically, fulfilling their professional responsibilities and modelling the values and virtues of a good citizen of the kingdom of God.
- Outstanding communication skills and emotional intelligence to support wellbeing across the school community.
- Have a clear track record of raising standards.
