Education Authority is seeking a Teacher - Special - Head Of Department to lead the designated department and drive high standards of teaching, pupil progress and welfare. The post will initially head the primary department and may extend across other key stages as required by the Principal and leadership team.
You will deputise for senior leaders, contribute to the School Development Plan, and support staff development while ensuring effective teaching and learning within the department.
