The Education Authority (Northern Ireland) is seeking a Catering Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations and meal service in our schools. You will oversee menu planning, portion control, food safety, and staff supervision to deliver high-quality meals for children, young people and staff.
You will manage deliveries, stock, and equipment, ensure compliance with HACCP and dietary requirements (including IDDSI), and promote the catering service to increase uptake at dining centres.
