Location: EA Armagh Office / EA Ballee/Ballymena Office

Contract Type: Permanent

Status: Full-Time

Working Pattern: 36 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Vacancies: 2 Posts available

Grade/Scale: Senior Executive Officer | NJC pts 23 - 26 | £34,434 - £37,280 per annum

Additional Information: There are two immediate vacancies at present, base location to be agreed on appointment. However, suitable applicants who are not appointed to these immediate vacancies will be placed on a reserve list which will remain valid for one year and may be offered similar appointments at the discretion of the EA during that period.

Job Purpose: The Post Holder will provide Architectural design and supervision services, under the direction of the Locality Manager, Assistant Locality Manager, based on the RIBA Plan of Work, either individually or as a team member on construction minor works projects, in connection with the various MiCD Programmes.
