A specialist school in Gloucester is seeking a committed SEN Teacher to join their team from September. This is a full time, classroom based role delivered through our agency, supporting learners with a range of additional needs in a structured, nurturing environment, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
About The Role:
- Full time classroom teaching across KS3-KS4 within a specialist SEN provision
- Planning and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Working closely with support staff, therapists and pastoral teams to ensure consistent, holistic support
- Creating a calm, safe and engaging learning environment that promotes progress and independence
Requirements:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience within SEN settings or working with high needs learners
- Strong behaviour management and a patient, adaptable approach
- A teacher who is passionate about helping young people thrive academically and emotionally
