About the Role
Are you a passionate Secondary Teacher looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real impact across Gloucestershire? We're seeking adaptable and committed teachers to join our supply pool, supporting a range of local secondary schools in Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud, Tewkesbury, the Forest of Dean, and nearby areas. Whether you're an experienced teacher, an ECT looking to broaden your experience, or someone returning to the classroom, this role offers the freedom to choose when and where you work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging lessons across KS3-KS4 (KS5 opportunities available depending on subject)
- Following school policies and ensuring a positive learning environment
- Managing behaviour effectively and building rapport with students
- Providing continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
- Adapting quickly to new settings and curriculum needs
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A flexible, proactive, and positive approach
- Ability to travel to schools across Gloucestershire
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
