About the Role

We are seeking adaptable and committed teachers to join our supply pool, supporting a range of local secondary schools in Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud, Tewkesbury, the Forest of Dean, and nearby areas. What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging lessons across KS3-KS4 (KS5 opportunities available depending on subject)
- Following school policies and ensuring a positive learning environment
- Managing behaviour effectively and building rapport with students
- Providing continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
- Adapting quickly to new settings and curriculum needs
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A flexible, proactive, and positive approach
- Ability to travel to schools across Gloucestershire
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
