Position: Long-term, Full-time
Pay Rate: 95-115 per day (Holiday Pay - 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot)
Are you passionate about supporting young students in a Secondary setting? Do you have the dedication and skills to make a real difference in their lives? We are looking for a Teaching Assistant full-time, who has the relevant experience to join a vibrant team within a Secondary Centre in Cheltenham.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs and disabilities
- Work closely with class teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional development
- Previous experience working with children (30 days minimum within the past 2 years)
- A proactive and patient approach to working with young learners
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
