We are looking for a teacher who is able to fully support the Headteacher and school team to provide the best start to our pupils learning journey. You will: Have a passion for making a real difference Have a proven track record of closing gaps in attainment and achieving strong pupil progress Be able to establish productive, supportive relationships with staff, pupils and families Be hardworking, calm, reliable and resilient Be able to adapt in challenging situationsKey Responsibilities: Under the reasonable direction of the Headteacher, carry out the professional duties of a school teacher as set out in the current School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document. Develop and implement high quality teaching, learning, curriculum, assessment and progress in a specific subject under the Head Teachers direction, across the school.
